Along with winter's Tamiami International Orchid Festival, the Redland International Orchid Festival is one of the two biggest orchid events in the United States held on an annual basis. Featuring close to seventy growers and allied vendors offering every type of orchid under the sun, the orchid festival, founded by Dr. Motes and colleagues twenty years ago, has become one of the can't-miss orchid events of the year.
